    Selected from the Jeanty distillery, located near the town of Grand-Goâve in western Haiti, this expression was crafted from sugarcane juice that underwent a five-day fermentation. After aging for five years on site in a bourbon cask, it continued its maturation for ten years in a cognac cask under continental climate conditions. Boasting remarkable complexity and depth, its aromatic and flavor profile shines with natural purity and freshness. Its exceptionally delicate texture is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the tasting experience.

    Color : vieil or à reflets cuivrés.

    Nose : Both deep and heady. Exotic (mango, persimmon), medicinal and fibrous (balm, sugarcane), silky (artichoke heart), and floral (lavender, geranium), the aromatic palette exudes serenity and maturity. With aeration, it becomes more peppery, tangy (marmalade), and tertiary (date, praline).

    Palate : Silky and elegant. Marked by exceptionally smooth notes of sugarcane and honey, the flavor profile stands out for its freshness and authenticity. Over time, hints of precious woods (sandalwood) and candied ginger intertwine beautifully with rose aromas.

    Overall : Fresh and balanced. Fresh sugarcane juice and coconut milk coat the taste buds with a creamy texture. Then, candied fruits (pear, mirabelle plum), grated ginger, and heady scents of orange blossom and tuberose form a perfect harmony, lending a delightful dynamism to this indulgent finish.
