Nose : Lemony and floral. Cut grass, melon and vanille. Apples cooked in molasses. A malty and herbaceous character manifests itself as the fruit gradually disappear.
Palate : Delicate notes of vanilla ice cream and vanilla bean, lemon zeste, melting candy and white flowers, followed by barley and a peppery warmth.
Overall : All the delicacy culminates in a nice finish on buttered banana cake.
