Penderyn Celt proudly displays its origins with the emblem of Wales.
This non-chillfiltered single malt is distilled in a unique still designed by chemical engineer David Faraday. The resulting (non-peated) distillate is extremely smooth and fruity. It is then aged in ex-bourbon casks before a finish in ex-peated Scotch whisky casks, giving it a slightly smoky profile.

Nose : A lightly, slightly smoky peat, which evolves into notes of marmalade and hazelnut

Palate : Oily and slightly medicinal peat, with notes of tabacco and fresh fruits.

Overall : Long and clean, with delicate notes of hazelnut and cinnamon.
