Nose : Rich and very fruity. It opens with indulgent notes of candied orange, baked apple and heather honey, subtly enhanced by a hint of vanilla, roasted malt and a delicate woody smokiness in the background.

Palate : Warm, full-bodied and velvety. The palate is smooth, revealing a lovely balance between the sweetness of buttered caramel, dried fruits (raisins, figs) and hints of gentle spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg.

Overall : Medium to long, smooth and perfectly integrated. It lingers on with persistent notes of toasted oak, dark chocolate and a final, very elegant hint of gentle smoke.
