Nose : Fresh, voluptuous. Tenderly aniseed-flavored, the first nose elegantly unfurls notes of verbena, lemon balm, gentian, chamomile and hawthorn, intimately interwoven with one another. On aeration, scents of peppermint, cut hay and alfalfa complete this cameo of countless shades of green. Gradually, a fine film of licorice binds the aromatic palette together.

Palate : Ample, unctuous. With plenty of uprightness, the attack on the palate is refreshed by absolutely delicious flavors of water mint.
