PROFILE : This rum reveals a full and mineral profile, featuring fruity, floral, camphor and medicinal notes. Crafted from kokuto black sugar, this bottling undergoes a four-day fermentation, is distilled in a pot still and matured in cognac casks.
DID YOU KNOW? Following the closure of the distillery in 2023, Velier bought all the remaining stocks to preserve its heritage, adorning each bottling with an illustration taken from Unsun Karuta, a traditional Japanese card game from the Edo period.
