This white grappa is made from a blend of distillates selected for their smoothness, roundness and aromatic richness. Its production combines batch vacuum steam distillation with continuous column distillation, helping to preserve the finesse and freshness of the grape aromas. It is crystal clear and perfectly transparent. On the nose, it reveals a delicate and elegant profile, marked by floral notes of rose and fruity nuances of white peach and banana. On the palate, it is smooth, round and harmonious, with an enveloping texture. The refined, lingering finish extends this fresh and delicate character.
