“Exceptionally Aged 15” captivates with its balance and roundness. Aged for fifteen years in the tropical climate of Barbados, in barrels that previously held Bourbon.
Nose : Notes of ripe bananas, vanilla, and toasted almonds, enhanced by a hint of warm caramel and cinnamon.
Palate : Notes of butter caramel and creamy vanilla. A beautiful balance, enhanced by a subtle fruity note reminiscent of plum and the zesty freshness of orange, before evolving into richer nuances of cocoa, accented by a delicate touch of sea salt.
