Dock 1 comes from further aging of our 3-year-old single malt, creating a more structured whisky with a stronger wood influence. Aged in Château Guiraud wine casks.

Overall : Elegantly tannic, a nod to its wine-cask maturation; the finish brings added length and complexity, with spicier notes from the Guiraud barrel
