Nose : firm, powerful. There is an initial wave of precious wood and spices (cinnamon, cloves). These are followed by ripe fruit, honey and mineral notes (chalk, lime) that heighten its lively character.
Palate : lively, it lingers with green coffee, dark chocolate and exotic fruit (mango, passion fruit). Spices develop for a grand finale.
Overall : long, dynamic. Very full, elegant expression. The woodiness has completely blended into the fruit. Flecks of chocolate give extra depth.
