Pasión Cuishe is part of the exclusive Cómplice de Pasión collection, a series of mezcals crafted from carefully selected wild agaves. Each agave in this collection has its own maturation cycle, ranging from 10 to 35 years, resulting in limited editions produced in very small quantities. Made from Cuishe agave (Karwinskii), this mezcal comes from a rare variety recognizable by its slender trunk, which can reach up to four meters in height. Its name, meaning “messy-haired person,” refers to its long trunk topped with spiky leaves. This agave requires about twelve years before it can be harvested, making it a precious and limited raw material.
