MENAUD Apéritif

Inspired by bitter Italian aperitifs that are meant to be savoured on a hot summer day. A bouquet of citrus emanating not from oranges cultivated in the south but from our very own Nordic fruit. Sea buckthorn, camerise, barberry, and macerated absinthe combine wonderfully well in our neutral grain alcohol to create a liqueur that embodies the very essence of who we are. A Charlevoix apéritif with the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. We recommend enjoying it on the rocks, in a spritz, in a negroni, or in other cocktails.
