Cosmo Wine Cask Finish is the Limited Edition of Cosmo. Cosmo was created to be a complex blend of different malts, showing great maturity while retaining its fiery spirit. Mars used local wine casks from their own Japanese winery this year, to create Cosmo Wine Cask Finish. Adding to the round and pleasant honey sweetness of Cosmo, you will feel its spicy and tannic flavor from the red wine casks. Some malts from the blend are finished in wine casks for more than 2 years. It is quite unique and uncommon to have a producer that is making its wines as good as its whiskies. But it is the case for Mars, driven by its philosophy to experiment and its high standard of quality.
