Nose : rounded, fragrant. Highly spiced (juniper, cumin, star anise, pepper) it softens into liquorice, sweet almond and fresh fruit (apricot, strawberry). It gradually becomes floral (lilac, violet), empyreumatic (pine and cypress) and peaty (wet earth).

Palate : lively, invigorating. Reveals a refreshing, balanced distillate characterised by hazelnut, spices (cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg) and citrus fruit (grapefruit, lemon). Its texture becomes smoother and milkier as it progresses (coconut, crème fraîche).

Overall : mellow. A blend of Cayenne pepper and fresh coriander lend it just the right amount of spicy bite. Empyreumatic (menthol, eucalyptus), it lingers on vanilla, praline and ripe fruits (yellow peach). The empty glass presents notes of rice.
