The Whisky Makers team took inspiration from Jing’s Phoenix Honey Orchid tea, an iconic, captivating, and complex tea with dessert wine aromas and notes of exotic fruits. A truly unique single malt Scotch whisky.
Nose : Peach and apricot, with the sweetness of floral honey, all mingled with tropical fruits, caramel, and gentle oak.
Palate : Fresh peaches in a rich syrup, warm citrus and caramel, light floral notes leading to a delicate vegetal astringency.
