Aged in American and European oak barrels that previously held sherry, with a touch of bourbon barrels, this single malt reveals aromas of red fruits, toasted marshmallows, and Manuka honey, carried by a spicy and woody finish.
Nose : Smooth toasted oak, caramelized marshmallows, powdered sugar, intense vanilla, and red fruit compote.
Palate : Crème caramel, smooth toasted oak, gourmet spices, vanilla ice cream, Pavlova, powdered sugar, apricot, coconut, and Manuka honey.
Overall : Velvety and fruity, with a hint of sweet spices.
