Nose : sec, à dominance de cuir et de clou de girofle, il est marqué par des notes de noix fraîches, de prune et de sherry. A l'aération, il révèle de subtiles notes d'orange (Cointreau) et d'épices orientales (souk aux épices).
Overall : vive et épicée, marquée par le rancio sec des fûts de sherry oloroso, elle se prolonge sur les fleurs séchées et l'amande amère.
