At 100 Proof, equivalent to 57.1% abv, this 2012 vintage gains extra definition: the signature floral notes deepen, orchard fruits become richer, and the oak expresses itself with more structure while maintaining the distillery’s trademark finesse.
Nose : Ripe pear, yellow apple, white flowers, soft vanilla and a hint of fresh-cut grass.
Palate : Lively and precise. Orchard fruits, creamy malt, vanilla, a touch of citrus and gentle oaky spices. Excellent texture thanks to the high strength.
Overall : Long, clean and floral, with lingering pear, light honey and soft oak.
