LAV'A BELLE Liberté

Lav'a Belle Liberté is a mild herbal alcohol-free aperitif, based on lavender blossoms and herbs of the provence (e.g. Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano). It is less sweet than typical aperitifs, mildly herbal with characteristic lavender aroma. Typical serves are "spritz" drinks with either tonic water, bitter lemon, ginger beer or sparkling wine as mixers. Signature drink is "Lav'a Belle Sour" with lemon juice and sugar, but it also fits well in more complex cocktails.
