Nose : The first nose is an aromatic complexity. Revealing a rich blend of gourmet and fruity flavours like honey, grapes, dried apricots and macerated cherries. After a long aeration, delicate floral notes are revealed.
Palate : Flavours of spices intertwine with those of stewed and candied fruits.
Overall : The long finish of this rum declines on elegant and tonic mineral notes.
