The KM12 Maple Syrup Gin is a true gem from the Distillerie du Fjord. This spirit is a combination of KM12 Boreal Forest Gin and delicious maple syrup. To make this gin, maple syrup from the Sucre d'Or sugar shack is added to the original KM12 distillate, reducing the gin to 40% alcohol. Its taste is unsurprising, as it's recognizable not only as KM12 Gin but also as a maple syrup flavor. Its uses are very broad, as it can be enjoyed over ice, in a dessert cocktail, or even in a more traditional cocktail.
