KITAJIMA Natural II

This natural sake is brewed with pesticide-free rice and indigenous yeasts. The brewery has pursued a genuine additive-free brewing process to the very end to preserve the natural flavour of this sake, which gives the impression of being slowly absorbed by the taster. After an initial impression of sweetness and acidity, it finishes drier and lighter. Serving temperature: 12 to 50°C Storage temperature: 10 to 20 °C
