PROFILE : This single malt reveals a rustic and authentic profile, featuring peated, creamy, lemony, herbaceous and fruity notes. Displaying a phenol level of 50 ppm, it is matured for ten and a half years in a bourbon cask then finished for four and a half years in a calvados cask before being bottled at cask strength.
