KARUIZAWA 1999-2000 Lake Suwa in Shinano Province (Batch 31)

This new series "Mount Fuji " focuses on the rarest of Japanese distilleries, Karuizawa. Located at the foot of Mount Asama, northwest of Tokyo, the distillery has been the source of legend since its closure in 2000. The series includes 8 bottlings from single casks distilled in 1999 and 2000. This "Lake Suwa in Shinano Province (Batch 31)" was aged in Sherry Butt before being bottled at a natural degree of 65.7%.
