Each distinctive character is vatted together, layering the elegance and fineness of Japanese whisky with a richer, mellower flavour.
This limited edition is a unique casks finish expression generously using whiskies aged in bourbon barrels and finished in apple brandy casks and aged in ex-shochu re-charred casks and finished in white wine casks.
Nose : Orange blossom, apple peal, white grape, beach vitex (flower).
Palate : Vanilla, yuzu paste, honey, apple brandy.
Overall : Grapefruit, apple peel and a gentle lingering spring sea breeze.
