This Jura Rare Vintage was distilled on the 5th of December 1990. Initially matured in American White Oak Ex Bourbon Barrels, the spirit was then transferred for a finish in hand-selected Amoroso Oloroso sherry butts to develop in richness and complexity. Bottled at 46.5% ABV, this exceptional whisky has been crafted through time to deliver the full depth of flavour and liveliness of our island character.

Tasting notes

Nose : Peach and cinnamon, followed by mango, liquorice and nutty marzipan.

Appearance : Ambre reflets dorés

Palate : Black forest fruits, raspberries, sweet apple pie, gooseberries, vanilla custard and crushed almonds.
