JG THOMSON Bold Jamaican Rum JG

This Jamaican rum is 100% pot still distilled. The nose reveals bananas, pineapples, fresh sugar cane, molasses and woody spices. Notes of pear, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon brioche and dark chocolate burst on your taste buds. The high esters in this rum give it all its complexity. Aged in old Bourbon casks for three years in Jamaica before being matured in Scotland, this is a true benchmark in rum.
Bottled at 46%, not chill-filtered and with no added colour or sugar, this rum is as natural a product as you can get.

Based in Edinburgh, JG Thomson was originally a wine and spirits merchant whose origins date back to the 1700s. In 2021, The Artisanal Spirits Company - which also owns the Scotch Malt Whisky Society - is relaunching JG Thomson, offering the opportunity to return to the company's roots with the freedom to explore, invent, share and create spirits out of the ordinary.
