The Kiwami box contains 3 sake houses that have existed since the 18th and 19th centuries in Japan, these sakes are rare and exceptional. The name "KIWAMI" means "the top", which means that these sakes aged over 25 to 40 years have a unique taste and nose.

1997 Kashoku/Yutaka House in 1753/FUKUI: Strict temperature control below 20°C and regular filtration have resulted in an aged sake with a good maturing aroma.

1995 Aoi Tsuru/Inami House in 1889/HYOGO: A junmai sake carefully brewed for maturation, then stored at low temperature and matured at room temperature.

1983 Iwanoi/Iwasé House in 1723/CHIBA: The 1983 vintage is the oldest of the first edition of the "Inishié no Bishu" series.
