Created on the Isle of Harris by herbalist and plant expert Amanda Saurin, it has been designed to enhance cocktails made with gin from the same distillery. This Aromatic Water is distilled from the same seaweed, Sugar Kelp, that gives Isle of Harris gin its distinctive character. The seaweed is harvested manually and sustainably by local diver Lewis Mackenzie. A few drops of this concentrated flavour are all it takes to add an extra maritime dimension to Isle of Harris gin - the dose is a matter of taste!
