Tasting notes
Nose : précis, frais et fruité. Le nez s’ouvre sur des baies de genévrier puis évoque des aiguilles de<br>pin, des zestes de citron et d’orange amère. Passant par la coriandre et la rose, il évolue ensuite sur<br>des notes maritimes.
Palate : frais, équilibré et minéral. Les baies de genévrier s’associent avec harmonie aux notes de<br>pin et de fruits (mangue, pamplemousse, orange).
Overall : longue et subtile, la finale évolue sur du poivre noir, des notes iodées et vanillées.
