PROFILE : This rum reveals a fresh and smooth profile, featuring fruity, honeyed, vanilla, medicinal and ester-led notes. Crafted according to the OWH mark (40 to 80 g/hlap of esters), it undergoes a three-day fermentation using wild yeast. This single cask No. 537 is matured in a cognac cask.
