PROFILE : This rum reveals an assertive and bright profile, featuring notes of petrol, macerated fruit and heady flowers. Crafted according to the LROK mark (200 to 400 g/hlap of esters), it undergoes a five-day fermentation. This single cask No. 1566 is matured in cognac casks.
