PROFILE : This rum reveals a lively, green profile, featuring medicinal, empyreumatically, spicy and tangy notes. Crafted according to the LFCH mark (80 to 120 g/hlap of esters), it undergoes a four-day fermentation using wild yeasts. This single cask No. 444 is matured in a cognac cask.
