PROFILE : This rum reveals a rich and intense profile, featuring tarry, medicinal, camphor, fruity and balsamic notes. Produced according to the HLCF mark (400 to 600 g/hlap of esters), it comes from a seven-day fermentation using wild yeasts. This single cask No. 1698 is matured in a cognac cask.
