PROFILE : This rum reveals an ample and clean profile, featuring varnished, petrol and tropical fruit notes. Crafted according to the Diamond H mark (900 to 1,000 g/hlap of esters), it undergoes a ten-day fermentation using indigenous yeasts. This single cask No. 312 is matured in a cognac cask.
