JAMAICAN RUM : Hampden 2 Year Old 2024 DOK is a molasses rum from Jamaica.

PROFILE : This rum displays a lively, majestic profile, featuring liqueur, herbaceous, lemony, medicinal and empyreumatique notes. Crafted according to the DOK mark (1,500 to 1,600 g/hlap of esters, the legal limit in Jamaica), it undergoes a twenty-five day fermentation. This single cask No. 431 is matured in a cognac cask.
