PROFILE : This rum reveals an ample and concentrated profile, featuring fruity, petrol, spicy, honeyed and medicinal notes. Crafted using the C Diamond mark (1,300 to 1,400 g/hlap of esters), it undergoes an extended twenty-day fermentation. This single cask No. 639 is matured in a cognac cask.
