Nose : Spicy, sweet and perfumed, with notes of rose, carnation, jasmine and lilac, layered with cumin, saffron, nutmeg, ginger, chili, anise, and gentle oak and chestnut.
Palate : A burst of sizzling spices - ginger, black pepper, mustard seed - balanced by soft sweetness: mint toffee, demerara sugar, and sugar-coated almonds. A bright eucalyptus note lifts the whole.
