PROFILE : This single malt displays a warm and tropical character, featuring notes of fig, banana and ginger. After an extended maturation, it is finished for several months in casks that previously contained Caribbean rum.

Nose : full-bodied and sweet. A basket of exotic fruit (mango, guava, banana) accompanied by vanilla and spices (ginger, nutmeg). Evolves with pipe tobacco and flowers (violets).
Palate : lively and creamy, the effect of the maturation in rum barrels is clearly apparent, with notes of sugar cane and spices.
Overall : long and rich, it has an autumnal character (undergrowth, dead leaves, mushrooms), and lingers with notes of cocoa beans and slightly bitter chocolate.
