Nose : Highly aromatic, it opens with oloroso seco and malted barley. It opens with hazelnut, walnut and hay. It evolves on notes of truffle, damp earth, orange zest and rose. Beautiful evolution, with length.
Palate : Lively, with a lovely freshness of red fruits (raspberry, cherry). Spicy (cinnamon, pepper) and pastry notes follow. With each sip, it becomes increasingly marked by oak and rancio.
