I find that over the last five years or so, the quality of Fortaleza's añejo has been in slow but constant decline. It used to be one of the very best. That seems no longer to be the case. Has Señor Sauza sold his soul or at least his company to one of the international spirits conglomerates (much like Ilegal did with its once unparalleled mezcal and the arrival of Bacardi)?
