Fiol is a true declaration of love for Prosecco! Though they have traveled and lived in London, New York, and Hong Kong, Giovanni, Gian Luca and Pietro are first and foremost children of Treviso. Their upbringing in Italy instilled in them a profound appreciation for the Venetian way of life. On top of that, the three Italians are great wine
enthusiasts. In 2011, the desire to express this passion through an exceptional sparkling wine brought them together once again. Collaborating with winemaker Marzio Pol, they brought Fiol to life. With two cuvées, Extra Dry and Rosé, they prove that Prosecco is truly a remarkable sparkling wine.
