This 40 year old expression is non-chill filtered and has a natural colour.
Nose : Honey, molasses, and ginger at first, overtaken by toffee apple, thick treacle, and sherrys.
Palate : Liquorice and balsamic, balanced with citrus and raisin. Hints of toffee, honey, and Demerara sugar. A glorious finish of soft spice and tropical fruits
