ENMORE AND PORT MOURANT 16 ans 1998 Demerara EHPM One of 848 bottles, edition 2014

From the union of distillates from two rare and unique stills - a Coffey still entirely cased in wood (Enmore) and two period pot stills also entirely cased in wood (Port Mourant) - comes this blended rum, a worthy representative of what Demerara Distillers was producing in the late 90s. Aged separately, they were then blended in three barrels to give us this unique version in a very limited edition.
