The miniature version of Elements of Islay Sherry Cask. This Sherry Cask version is a blend of single malts from Islay aged exclusively in first and second fill sherry casks. Bottled at a higher proof, this whisky reveals a unique character with smoky, lemony flavors and hints of dried fruit and chocolate. Elements of Islay unveils its new range of three 70cl expressions: Cask Edit, Bourbon Cask and Sherry Cask. Each recipe is the result of blending single malts from Islay, and perfectly depicts the gustatory landscape of this wild little island.
