Nestled in the Highlands near Pitlochry, Edradour Distillery is one of Scotland’s smallest traditional distilleries. Renowned for its rich, oily and highly expressive single malts, it produces a naturally artisanal style particularly well suited to sweet wine cask maturation.
This 2016 vintage, aged 10 years in 1st Fill Sauternes Hogsheads, showcases a brighter and more pastry-driven side of Edradour. The Sauternes casks bring honeyed richness, candied yellow fruits and creamy texture while preserving the spirit’s malty backbone.
