Nestled in the Highlands near Pitlochry, Edradour Distillery is one of Scotland’s smallest traditional distilleries. Known for its rich, oily and heavily sherried single malts, it produces dense and artisanal whiskies, often powerful even at a young age.
This 2015 vintage, selected by Signatory Vintage, matured for 10 years in a 1st Fill Oloroso cask, a highly active wood that enhances the spirit’s natural richness. The result is an intense, concentrated and generous whisky, where sherry influence is both bold and elegant.
