PROFILE : This tequila displays an elegant and mineral profile, featuring notes of citrus fruit, pepper and roasted agave. It combines distillates from a traditional copper pot still for aromatic richness and an old Coffey column still for finesse.

Nose : pleasant, notably mellow. Very fruity, prune and Williams pear juice. Almond liqueur, amaretto. Mint. The pepper here is evanescent.
Palate : mellow, very pleasant. Mint leaf before returning to very ripe fruits. A hint of rancio and walnut. Slight bitterness.
Overall : lingers on a bed of mint, returns to pepper before quickly freeing up the palate.
