Created by the last company to still produce vermouth under the Chambéry appellation, Dolin Bitter de Chambéry is made by infusing plants, herbs and fruits in a mixture of neutral alcohol and wine. This bitter de Chambéry explores a whole range of fruity and floral colours, each more red than the next. It also has a mouthfeel whose bitterness
bitterness gradually turns to honey. A lighter and more subtle bitter than most of its rivals, it can be enjoyed in cocktails or simply chilled with a little orange.

Nose : élégant, vif. Les airelles apportent juste ce qu’il faut d’acidité et d’amertume au premier nez marqué également par des notes de grenadine et de fraise. Il évolue sur une fine note de chocolat noir et sur les fleurs capiteuses (rose, pivoine).

Overall : longue, soyeuse. Son amertume se transforme progressivement en miel tandis qu’un parfum de sureau la traverse de part en part. La fin de bouche révèle des airelles croquantes au jus acidulé et amer. La rétro olfaction est florale, tout comme le verre vide (pétale de rose).
