The Dalmore Port Wood Reserve starts its journey in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. The spirit is then split equally with half of the whisky remaining in American white oak and the remainder transferred to Tawny Port pipes from W & J Graham’s vineyard in Portugal. They are then married together to harmonise the flavours prior to bottling at 46.5%, resulting in a rich and indulgent whisky which proudly displays its enticing port influence alongside the The Dalmore’s signature complexity.
